SHIPPING

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! Currently, we can only pre-calculate the shipping cost for the United States. If you are located outside of the U.S. and are interested in an original painting or a print, please contact me to get a quote on the shipping cost and I would be happy to ship the artwork to your location.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the packaging needed. All prints and originals are shipped from Detroit, United States and usually take 1-2 weeks to arrive at a U.S. address or 1-4 weeks for an international address. Please consider external factors and your local conditions.

How much is shipping?

The shipping cost varies depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout for most works. For oversized originals, please contact me at post@broksart.com before purchasing to get your shipping quote.

Is my shipment insured?

Yes! We are pleased to say that all shipments are insured for their value in case of the unfortunate event of a missing or damaged piece. This comes at no extra cost to the customer. We also use signature confirmation upon delivery to ensure that no works are stolen after being delivered to you.

My artwork arrived damaged, what do I do?

Is your order damaged? Contact me within one day of delivery and state the type of damage, including the packaging, and send photos. Only then can I process your request. When the damage has been assessed, I will deal with this by e-mail, and devise a suitable solution.

What kind of packaging do you use?

Each original piece is carefully wrapped in paper as well as bubble wrap. Each piece is then further protected with corner protectors and packing peanuts within each cardboard box. For international shipping and other longer distances of large original works, the painting will be shipped in a crate. For prints I use a mailer or a tube, depending on the size of the print. 

Customs and Import Tax

Any charges/fees or duties charged by your local authority are the responsibility of the receiver and the receiver only.

 

ORDERS

Frame 

Please note that all originals and prints as a basis are delivered to you without a frame, although some images on the website showcase the artwork with a frame. If you would like your piece delivered with a frame, please contact me at post@broksart.com. 

When will my order be shipped?

I will have your order shipped within 1-2 weeks of checkout. Once an order is placed and your email confirmation is delivered, you will receive an email from me with your tracking number and shipping details. Your tracking number will be sent the same day as the piece is shipped.

What forms of payment do you take?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as a selection of digital wallet payments. 

We hope you feel that it is safe to shop with us. We never store payment information, and all payments are handled by our payment partner Stripe. We have no way of seeing your card number or other sensitive information.

Can my order be returned?

Items cannot be returned, since they are all handmade. An order can be canceled within 1 business day for a full refund amount.
